Non-alcoholic (dealcoholized) wine or beer as an ingredient, made from khamr
Fait à partir de khamr : il s'agit de vin ou de bière dont on a retiré l'alcool (vendu « sans alcool » ou « désalcoolisé »). Il reste fait à partir d'une boisson enivrante. Le vin ne devient pur que s'il se transforme en vinaigre de lui-même ; retirer l'alcool est une transformation faite par l'homme, pas une transformation naturelle, et ne rend donc pas la boisson permise. C'est différent d'un arôme étiqueté sans alcool, qui n'est pas fait à partir de la boisson.
